- To like and to love are two very distinct things but at the same time, nearly impossible to distinguish. I think life would be pointless if we knew how to distinguish them. Time and time again we have fought for someone thinking we are in love only to find out that it was but a simple sentiment of care or perhaps an external attraction. That person with who you want to spend your life with, enters your life only once and sometimes whether you believe it or not, you find it impossible to let that person come into your life un-noticed, when you see them your eyes shine more than usual, your face smiles in such a way that you radiate a world full of love; you breathe so slow but at the same time you find yourself infront of the love of your life, yet you let them go based upon judgements or false traditions that aren't going to be with you during the rough times, in those instances that you wish to have that special person with you to support you, so that with just one smile, can fix your world.
Don't be confused by love and like, because the person which you love, could be right infront of you, and you could be blind, you could be letting them go. Don't think your destiny will take you to them, you make your own destiny. If you feel you love someone tell them, their response doesn't matter, fight for your feelings and emotions until you feel completely defeated, no one said it would be easy, but everything that is easy, is worthless. Don't confuse a physcial attraction with the intense feeling we call love, because physicality is only temporary, feelings and emotions are everlasting. That person is with you through all the trials and tribulations, and with just a glance, knows your not okay, that with only a simple caress, makes you feel renewed. You know they love you so much, you are scared to fail. That person is truly in love with you, even though time will pass and you will grow old and fat, that person will still be in love with you and you will continue being the most beautiful woman in the world. Don't loose that person that only comes once, and when you realize that they were the love of your life, it could be too late. From that moment on, your life turns upside down and things will never be the same. Make your decision until you are completely sure, you can gain so much, or loose that person, and though time will pass, you will never forget.... |
